Who we are
Sourcewise is a digital agency based in Karrinyup, Perth WA. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Sourcewise. If you have any questions about your privacy, email contact@sourcewise.com.au or call 0452 393 109.
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
Details you give us
When you fill in a form on this site, email us, call us or message us on social media, we collect what you choose to share. That usually means:
- your name, email address and phone number
- your business name, suburb and website address
- anything you tell us about your business and what you need
If you become a client, we also keep the details we need to do the work and send invoices.
Details collected automatically
Like most websites, this site uses cookies and similar tools to understand how people use it. These collect things like the pages you visit, how long you stay, the device and browser you use, your approximate location (city or region, not your address) and how you found us, such as an ad or a Google search. We use two tools for this:
- Google Analytics, to see which pages are useful and where visitors come from.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), to measure whether our ads lead to enquiries and to show our ads to people who have visited this site.
These tools don't tell us who you are. If you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram, Meta may link your visit to your account under its own privacy policy.
How we use your information
- to reply to your enquiry and do any free check you ask for
- to provide our services if you become a client
- to follow up on an enquiry, once or twice at most, unless you ask us to stop
- to improve this website and measure how well our advertising works
We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be on one.
Who we share it with
We only share information with the services we use to run the business:
- Web3Forms, which delivers form messages from this site to our inbox
- Google, for Google Analytics and website hosting (Firebase)
- Meta, through the Meta Pixel described above
- our email provider, which stores the emails we send and receive
Some of these services store data outside Australia, mainly in the United States. Some of our team also work remotely from outside Australia, so your details may be accessed from overseas to reply to you or do your work. We only use reputable providers and keep access to the people who need it.
We may also share information if the law requires us to.
Your choices about cookies and ads
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
- You can control the ads you see on Facebook and Instagram in your Meta ad preferences.
How we keep it safe
We keep your information in password-protected accounts with two-step sign-in where it's available, and only for as long as we need it. Enquiries that don't go anywhere are deleted within two years. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
Seeing, fixing or deleting your information
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@sourcewise.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please email us first so we can put it right. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy as our tools or services change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
